The combination of marine fossils in the soil, exposure to the sun and a typically volcanic soil determine an intense character with a rich quality.

Type of pruning: Short pruning with 2 – 3 buds per branch and a load of 60-80 buds per each plant.
Performance per hectare: 150-200 q
Harvests: First 10 days of July for the first harvest, first 10 days of November for the second yearly harvest. Manual harvest with careful selection of grapes.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a temperature of 20-22 °C.
Aging in the tank for four months and subsequently at least two months in the bottle before being marketed.
Analytical data: Alcohol 10% vol. – Total acidity 5,6 g / l – pH 3.7
Serving temperature: 5-8 C°
Organoleptic description: This wine is fresh with a mineral character with slight yellow color with golden reflections. To the nose it emanates an intense aromatic bouquet with strong fruity notes of mango, passion fruit, banana, pineapple and white peach, as well as floral notes of jasmine and citrus. It is pleasantly sweet to the palate, slightly sparkling, fresh and with good character.
Longevity: Over 2 years.
Food & Wine: Excellent as an aperitif wine or with snacks and light food.
Serve in medium size glasses. Open when you are ready to enjoy it.
