Type of pruning: Short pruning with 2 – 3 buds per branch and a load of 50-60 buds per each plant.
Performance per hectare: 150-200 q
Harvests: First decade of July for the first annual harvest, first decade of November for the second annual harvest. Manual harvest with careful selection of grapes.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel, at a temperature of 14°/ 16°C Aging in the tank for five months and then at least two months in the bottle before being marketed
Analytical data: Alcohol 10% vol. – Total acidity 5,7 g / l – pH 3.6
Serving temperature: 7-10 C°
Organoleptic description: Fresh and mineral wine with a straw yellow color with golden reflections and intense aromatic bouquet with strong notes of fruitstand out mango, passion fruit, banana, pineapple and white peach which combine floral notes (Jasmine and citrus). In the mouth it is sweet but not cloying, slightly sparkling, fresh with good intensity.
Longevity: To be enjoyed within 1-2 years.
Food & Wine: Excellent as an aperitif wine and with any light food. It can be combined with dessert. Serve in medium glasses width without flaring. Open at the moment.
