Organoleptic description: It is a pure and vegan wine obtained by spontaneous fermentation without sulphites and filtration.
This wine is mineral, fresh and fruity. It has a lively ruby red color with purple reflections. To the nose it offers aromas of fruit with red flesh, among which cherries, plum, strawberries, cranberries. Combined with balsamic notes and spicy notes of licorice and cloves they grant to the bouquet a great body and complexity of perfumes, soft and enveloping on the palate.
